    Customer also known as Entrants/Exhibitors/Users:

    We collect personal and animal data from you when you voluntarily provide such information to the services (including event registration pages, membership and ticketing), when you register for access to the services (register for an event) or contact us with enquiries. The personal data we may collect includes your name, address, email address, postcode and other personally identifiable information. We may also collect other animal data including equines you may compete and request information including and not limited to Sire, Dam, Date of birth and any /all registration numbers approved for these animals. As a Customer you voluntarily provide information in connection with registration for an event or otherwise, it will be available to us and will be held by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In addition, any information held would only be seen by the Organiser of the event you have submitted it to.

     - To offer you access to use to the Services to enter an event, pay membership or buy tickets etc.

    Access to Information:

    Organisers may access and update all Data being stored by us by logging in to the Management pages. Entrants/Exhibitors/Users can also login and update information held at anytime.

    We may retain your personal data for at least the season following your use of the Services. You may close your account by contacting us at anytime. We may retain personal data and horse information for an additional period in order the Organisers can send you subsequent event information or if you used the Services to create a life membership.
